My granddaughters are 3, 6, and 7. Every now and then they show me their yoga poses. This kit will keep them busy indoors during the winter. Also bough an extra mat for them to share.

This is really a great item. Made well. The cards are great for 3 year olds, and older children. Definitely worth it.

I bought this for an Early Kindergarten Teacher. She was looking for an idea to keep the kids physically engaged in an indoor activity when unable to go outside for recess. The cards offer a variety of poses for younger children to do successfully.

I love this product, I brought this for my daughter because they would do a little bit of Yoga in their break time at school and she would always remind me of it so I figured we can both do Yoga together and it's been really fun!!!! Material is really nice doesnt slip really sturdy I like it a lot and would definitely recommend
