sturdy shelf and fits lots of books

This is a very sturdy piece. I am not worried that it will be accidentally tipped over. I was a tiny bit disappointed that there is no back to the book display. It is not smooth. But I still will not face it against the wall.

This bookshelf shows off the beauty of board books -- the face. So pleased with this piece in our living room. Love that it's super sturdy and comes assembled. Just add books and kids gravitate to it. They started playing "librarian" and checking out books from it. Worth it.
