I had higher hopes for this toy. The faces are tricky for my two yrs old to match and they don't stay together very well. He was excited when he got it but it was short lived

my son loves this! it has shapes to match the egg, chicks that peep when you press them and matching eyes for the shells.

My 2 year old granddaughter became distraught when one of her eggs from a kitchen toy cooking set, made from a well-known toy maker, would not 'crack open'! I wanted to expand her dramatic play experience as well as comfort her so when I saw this adorable play set of six eggs I immediately ordered the last set available online. Of all the things I purchased that day it was this set that she enjoyed the most! Not only could she crack her eggs to her heart's content, but we can expand on color and shape recognition all the while as we play! There are embossed shapes on the bottom of the eggs so we can name and place the corresponding shape on the egg carton as we are putting them away. Who knew something so relatively simple and compact could have provided us with a long play session!

I purchased this item for my 1 and a half year old grandchild. She wanted to play with this more than the other items I gave her. It kept her attention for a long time. I highly recommend this item!

My son loves playing with this set. He likes to mix and match and it keeps him occupied for a while.

These are ok, not good for a lot of playtime here since they don't do much and my baby granddaughter did not seem to be too entertained by them.

I keep this at my parents house, and the kids that visit enjoy it.

the girls love playing with this every day so much that i have to buy a new one so they each can have eggs to play with! i super recommend this toy for toddlers

My son loves any chance he can get to sneak around an adult to get into the refrigerator to grab the carton of eggs. Given this fascination with eggs I was delighted to find this toy, which fortunately is also holding his attention. The toy is particularly clever as it grows with the child. He is figuring out matching the shapes on the bottom to the carton, just recently learned they squeak and eventually will pick up on matching the faces I would imagine. Also teaches cleaning up when it is time to assemble the eggs and put the box away.

My 2 year old grandson loves these eggs. They helped him learn colors and shapes. He plays with them all the time. I went back and bought 2 more sets for my nieces kids.
