These sentence frames with visual cues are fantastic for our multilingual students. They help students get started on their writing and students feel successful in both their writing completion and their ability to read their writing due to the sight word and cvc structure of the sentence frames.

Great if your child knows or is learning basic sight words. Excellent for promoting and practicing fluency. You can interchange the cards with your own but there are plenty to keep your child busy. The stands are high quality wood. Highly recommend.

My son loves creating sentences with this center! I'm giving it four stars because I wish it included more plurals (objects and sentences). I added sentences on the back of the sentence strips (e.g., for the sentence: Is this ____ from you? on the back I added: Are these _____ from you?). However, it does not work as well as I wish because most of the picture objects are in the singular. I would buy more objects in the plural separately if Lakeshore made them!
