This center activity was a great success for the students. The students were able to read the sight words, then they had to put a picture in the column to complete the sentence. This activity was also beneficial in building reading skills and putting punctation at the end. I like this so much I brought another so 2 students at a time could be working on their own.

Awesome product! I highly recommend for the classroom, home school, or one on one with students.

I have my fragile kids form the sentences, read them, and then write them at a station. It's very basic, so I have to have other options for my more advanced readers at the same station. I wish there were variations of levels within this product so I could differentiate without having to come up with other activities. I teach 1st, by the way:o)

I like the magnetic board because my children can leant how to create sentences just by changing one word. And it is fun for them to use it.

There is only 1 board with this activity so it is not a very good center activity. Rarely do we get one on one time with students. Waste of $$ unless you can afford to buy several. Good for home school and only 1 child using at a time.

This product is great. My students love that it is magnetic. This is a great way to practice sight words in a fun way!

I teach special education kindergarten & 1st grade. I had a student unable to even write his first name at the beginning of the year. This sentence building board has given him the confidence to write! He looks forward to writing during Daily 5. He begs to use this product. It is great for small group instruction as well as individually.
