This is wonderful for students to use as a visual. A lot of students have a hard time with number lines, but this helped my students tremendously.

I LOVE that the top of this pocket chart has a giant magnet running along its length. Why aren't all pocket charts magnetic?!?! I also love that I can just slap this thing on my white board (although I was a bit nervous it wouldn't fit since this is a long pocket chart and I don't have a huge white board---but it happened to fit perfectly). The kids LOVE the moveable frogs--those little guys make math fun and hands on. I also love that I can change out the numbers to be anything between 1-100. You could make your number line go by 1s, 5s, 10s, etc. The pockets for the number cards and activity cards also have Velcro dots to keep them closed so you don't have cards falling out all over the floor when you move the chart---again, why aren't all pocket charts like this... I can't be the only person who has problems with that, right?! This is a great addition to any elementary math room or homeschool.
