This is a great product all the way around. It's great to help students identify the words associated with the numbers. It's helpful to use the stars as visuals for those who are still learning. Definitely recommend
Engaging and sturdy
These are of excellent quality and keep the interest of all the preschoolers in our family. Good fine motor practice while also working on number recognition. I would highly recommend.
Pre-K love it
My students love this activity and connect with the idea of using a key in a lock. I love that it is self-checking so my students can build confidence while increasing their counting skills.
Fun Product
Very sturdy and a fun way to learn numbers
Great
My 3 and 5 year old boys enjoys counting the stars, finding the matching numbers and locking and unlocking these locks.
Makes learning fun!
My four-year-old loves these locks and keys. We place them around the house and play treasure hunt.
Fun and easy way to learn and practice numbers! My 3 year old enjoys this. It's a bit pricey but I think the quality of it makes it worth it.
Unlock It' Math
I specifically bought this item because of the child's expressed interest in working keys, inserting real keys into key holes, even having fun and being curious using the keys on screws that surrounded a door handle and dead bolt. Without taking away the curiosity, provided a safe cause and effect of a useful item in the future but on an age appropriate level, additionally learning that each key have had a specific function. He is learning that the keys will open a lock when he can begin to learn number recognition along with valu and word recognition. I think this products provides a valuable opportunity to spat the product by a selection of a small amount of locks for them to discover and explore, a parent led activity to help build on prior knowledge with fine motor skills, first inserting the key into the key hole, next learning to turn the key. There are multiple ways you can use this set; a teaching opportunity to the introduction of all the parts of this product and what they do, what is its use, and how we can use them (cause and effect). To lock and unlock things and what they want to do with these toys( bringing in critical thinking and imagination)while allowing a child to play and have fun decide what is the use of a lock and how the child wants to use it, discovering cause and effect. experience. You can develop find motor skills, coordination, and academic learning of number recognition and number value, as well words that use letters to spells out a number, all three ways we can express an idea and three different forms of communication to problem solve. Bringing out a few of these items at a time worked great in keeping the child's attention and led to to greater success for and fun. He know has his own key chain just for those locks.
Great way to learn counting
This lock set provides a lot of fun for my preschoolers, every week I hide them throughout my class and give out keys too all my students to find their locks to match their number key.
Number locks
These are great for learning numbers and they can be used independently because they are self checking (lock won't open if there's no match).

Great in Kinder
My students love these as a fine motor tub option and during choice time. They have held up great for a few years and still look new.
