You can’t really go wrong with any of the Crazy Aaron products. They don’t make a mess, they leave no gross feeling on your hands, and they are all visually amazing!

I've seen my students using it and got some for my own children and grabbed one for myself to see what it was all about. It is fun to use, feels very nice to the hands and I've seen it help my students and children maintain focus because this is something they are mindlessly using. It's quiet, self-contained and not messy, three things as an educator I think are invaluable in a fidget! I recommend any of these and I like how there are so many different ones available and targeted towards those special interests our learners have.
