My son has played with these a lot and has put them through the ringer with play. Good quality built.

My 3yo has seen his 8yo brother's bigger-kid binoculars and thinks those are cooler. He has these for little kids because he has a tendency to break stuff and he's not really ready for the adjusting knobs and such. These are little kid binoculars and he knows it, which means he doesn't really like to use them. But if your little wouldn't know the difference, these are really cute and sturdy, and perfect for learning how to use binoculars.

We used these to explore our creepy crawlers outside. These were a great in expensive learning tool!

My almost 3 yr old grandson has always loved looking through tubes, peepholes, his fingers, thought these would be perfect, and he loves them! He uses them all the time. Bonus, they seem very sturdy and well-made. Very pleased.

These are great for out three years old! They don't adjust, but that's too complicating for him anyway. These are the best toddler pair I've come across! He got a pretend camping kit a while ago and was very interested in the binoculars from that set, but he kept looking in them backwards because the eyepiece was too weird for him. The eyepiece in the lakeshore learning binoculars is a much better design, I'm impressed.

We are avid backyard bird watchers, and these binoculars are just right for our 3 year old grandson to join us. He now has his own pair and enjoys observing the many species of birds that are attracted to our bird bath and bird feeders.
