My grandsons are 17 months and they love these community helper. They can identify each one which has helped their vocabulary! This was a great purchase! The plus was that the twins are mixed and the workers were both white and black!

I wanted some people for our megabloks, but the ones that go with the blocks were not very diverse. These are a little large for that purpose, but we do love them. Our daughter likes to play with the female doctor and firefighter, and I like that as a group they are much more representative of the people in our family and neighborhood.

These little guys are large, washable, and solidly built! I can use these for many "community worker" activities, but they are also great for infant and toddlers, easy to handle, and can be incorporated into the block area, and literacy area. Many ways to use this product, and my childcare loves them!
