This activity was great for engaging students in team work. They had to work together to successfully get the billy goats across.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and bought one for my son. It is a great way to have children think and build a solid bridge. This is especially fun after reading the story.

I thought this would be a bit more challenging than it was, but my kids still had fun with it.

My kindergarten students loved building their own bridge after listening to a read aloud of The Three Billy Goats Gruff. The goats are weighted which make for a great experiment. First we tested their bridge with the smallest goat and then we added them one by one to see if the bridge would hold all three at once. The students were able to notice flaws in their bridge designs and could go back and find solutions to their problems. This product is very well designed!
