I needed something in my school library for my PreK students. I looked at the expensive wooden book carts, but this was so affordable and actually allowed for more books without taking up as much space as the wooden book carts. They are sturdy and the mobility is amazing....I am moving them around everyday. I would highly recommend this. In fact, I was able to purchase two of these for price of one of the wooden ones.

LOVE this book cart! This was easy and quick to put together. I love that it is student friendly- with a pocket to label what is in the bin students know right where to go, it is short enough for younger students to reach all bins, and there is plenty of space to put out a big selection of books.

Love the fact that I can put books out by theme and organize books so effectively. So easy for little ones to use!

I love this cart. I have 4 of these carts and they are filled. Students can easily find books in certain subject areas or levels according to how the teacher sorts the books. Also the books stay nice and are not smashed together or bent. The downside is this cart is expensive--$250. But I have found it works the best for the number of books I have for students to read.

I bought five of these for mini libraries for an after school program that I run five elementary schools. When I received them, I attempted to put them together but they would not fit together. I had someone else try and same result. I ended up putting them together as one cart which kind of defeated the purpose of buying the double. It is a sturdy cart and the single one is excellent, just wish it was constructed better for the double. I love Lakeshore products and even though this product wasn't what I expected I would recommend the single cart to anyone looking for a portable library.

I am so glad I purchased these classroom library organizers! My students love how easy it is to find books on their A.R. level or by content type. In addition, the mobility has come in handy. I began the year as a 2nd grade teacher before being moved to 3rd grade just a month into the school year. I have two of these Books on Wheels Mobile Libraries, so I just wheeled them to my new room on the other side of the school; they were the easiest things I had to move. If you treasure your classroom library as I do, you'll love these too!

In order to have an organized classroom library, I use this library on wheels to organize books by genre and level. The best part is that they are on rollers so I can move it around and easily store it over the summer!
