Great for developing writing skills
My son has Dysgraphia, and as we were working on learning letters, we used this in combination with the letter and word tracing supplements that Lakeshore also sells. They were a big help, and he also loved drawing on it outside of writing practice.

I got these boards for my three children age range 2-6. They take them everywhere! Great quality !
Indestructible, high quality
The slider is very smooth and the pen is perfect for their small hands. Also, virtually indestructible, withstands twins.

save some trees!
Bought this for both Grandkids, age 4. Both figured it out right away. As we are learning alphabet and numbers, can easily write and they copy. No paper used and able to repeat agsin and agsin!

My 3 year old daughter loved the magic board! She spends a good amount of time using it. Highly recommend, good quality.
Fun for All Ages
I originally bought the Magic Board for my three-and-a-half year old grandson to amuse himself when he's in the car. He likes to write on it in the house too. So does his one-and-a half year old sister. I also use it with the dyslexic fourth grader I tutor. It gives her another option beyond paper and whiteboard when she practices spelling.
great deal! works perfectly
This is sturdy, and easy enough for my almost 2.5 year old to use. He has been using it every day for two months now, and it also worked great as an airplane (read: quiet) toy. His drawing has been improving. I just wish the pen was thicker to make drawing easier for toddlers
